I think this app is good but I love NFCUs fingerprint option to open their app. I think penfed should do the same.

This app is one of the best for mobile banking, TDBank, Bank of America should learn something from what a client likes in an application, is just a constructive observation

Very user friendly, only thing I find a bit non user friendly is the system for depositing checks. It can be a little tricky, specifically taking pictures of the front and back of checks. If you check out Wells Fargo bank, (as far as their deposit system is concerned), their technology for taking photographs of checks is superior, of course this does not make them a better bank

So easy to use! Gives everything that the web site gives plus more! I can make direct deposits with my cellphone! Really enjoy this app as well as the PenFed service! You treat me so well and you have a customer forever. Will never go back to a regular bank! I can do every thing with this app so easily! Transfers, check balances, make deposits, send you messages and/ or call!

Great really, what else can you ask for. Only problem is when you wanna deposits checks through pictures, the tech could use a major update.

Too many functions are not available on the mobile app. Its 2015-- theres no reason I shouldnt be able to do everything on the mobile app that a can do on the desktop. Also, once I enable pattern login, it should be available until I disable it--NOT become disabled with every minor version upgrade. Much as I hate BoA, I have to say that their mobile app is the gold standard for mobile banking. PenFed has a long way to go.

I appreciate all the features and convenience of the latest PenFed update.

Love it. Easy to view new offers and check status of apps. Cant wait for finger touch update though.

This is a great banking app that is very easy to use. It is very accessible and feels secure.

Still waiting on Touch ID login support. Its been available for over 2 years, and other banking apps have supported it long ago.

This app is still behind its peers in functionality. Given than and PenFeds poor hours of operation, The time to switch banks is at hand.

Like the app and great CU, but wish there was a bill pay tab somewhere on it. In this day and time of technology of mobile accessibility that is must have situation, especially when it is a FI that serves the military or individuals aboard. I look forward to having it there someday. Thank you for your hard work!

I have had app for a good while. It has worked very well for me.

Log on functionality is broken. I can log on to website fine. PENFED, please hire a technical QA team!

This app is way better than my normal banks app. Easy to use and find stuff. Thanks.

Good app - only complaint is that now for some reason it always logs me out and I have to type in the username for every log in rather than just password.

I love this app so convent but only wish. Could go offline.
