Two words. Touch ID!!! Nearly every big credit union is already using it but Pen Fed with all its great services still doesnt support Touch ID? Can only get 5 stars once they catch up with the times.

This app is not all that bad but not all that great either. The user interface of the app overall needs a lot of work on it. It very plain and simple, very similar to the website.

In todays highly mobile world apps need to provide the save access to services available on the website. If not whats the point of a mobile app??? After numerous updates the developers fail to enhance the app by adding much needed access to bill pay features. Also make it easier to locate and use the login with pattern. Each time the app is updated you have to search the tabs instead of burying it in an obscure location. Id also like to see required data fields in bold print. Some men are color blind. For those who arent, I suspect other may appreciate the addition of colors other than blue, black, grey and white.

The PENFED ap continues to improve with every version. The deposit function is the one option I find most helpful as we are over 100 miles from the nearest branch. The ap seems very solid and rarely crashes or locks up.

Good app for managing PFCU accounts. Would like to login with fingerprint in a future update.

Excellent apps allow no only to perform several transactions type but have tools for managements, reporting, viewing, supporting, notifications, etc.

Fewer options than some other banking but very easy to use.
