Great App. Very Convenient.

No fingerprint authentication Cant pay bills

In 2016, how is there no function that will allow your app to show me my pending transactions??? As a previous user stated, without this option, it misleads us as the customers in making spending decisions. Get it together!

I just wish that it was touch id enabled; thats the only improvement I have for now.

Good app. All of my other financial apps allow for touch id to log in. This one does not but it did have the option for pattern id login. I set this up when i log in. The next time i log in, it does not remember me setting it up and i have to retype login id and password. Wont even store my id

I am able to check balance, transfer funds and make payments on my credit cards. I use it several times a day. Great app.

This app gives most of the basic functionality that one would use on the website. I can transfer money in between accounts and members (I already set this up), I can view and pay on my credit cards and auto loan and overdraft account. The pay features allow a "pay statement balance" and a "pay balance due", which is nice for credit card statements and recurring payments like my auto loan, instead of having to type it in! Plus, there is an option to show/hide accounts in the app. I concede, it would be nice if this app would support "Touch ID" and have the FICO Scoring tool accessible within the app. Nevertheless, this app (at the time I am writing this) is a solid build version and everything is a work in progress, I can give this app no less than the 5 STARS IT DESERVES! Thank you PenFed for serving your Nations protectors!

Logging in, the app continues to show the loading symbol and nothing happens. Ive deleted and re-installed but nothing has worked. I even called customer service and they have no solution. Its on an iPhone 6s, no reason it shouldnt work.

I love the bank and the people that work for the bank but a system upgrade is needed badly. I should be able to see my transactions as they happen and not have to call customer service to check my balance and they have it wrong as well. Also Touch ID is definitely needed. Overall good app, just need some adjustments

Very slow to update to the latest fund availability! Not touch ID! I find myself always logged off, and so I keep on typing my name and password!

Works well in iOS 10. Ive used apps from other financial institutions and this app makes them look archaic. A very good job by PenFed.

This app cant remember user name, touch pattern, anything for initial access. I cant remember the number of times Ive tried setting up the pattern, or even my user name to be remembered, to have the app forget them. Ive given up even trying. Half the time I enter my info just to watch the circle spin, waiting for access. Then I have to close the app and try again. Ive given up and have just gone back to the web for account info.

The app wont show my Visa card any longer and PenFed is unwilling to fix it and told me to just use their website from now on? Really? Plus no Touch ID is ghetto.

The App is a very useful tool for me especially depositing checks thru this app by taking pictures of the check. Its almost same functionality as the one online. I just hope they have a branch here in san diego. Or takes away the charge of use of other ATM when its unfair because they do not have any here in CA.

There are some improvements to do like ID touch, make payments on the go and see details of transactions but overall it is a good app. Keep it up!

The app is a great! 1 star! You get all the way to 5 stars once you enable Touch ID! Asked about it too many times ! Military combined with a bank?? Youd think Sercurity would be paramount!

The app is fine mostly. Just needs updating. Very archaic. Touch ID would be great.
