PenFed Mobile app good for
Being in Germany its difficult to do any banking thru US banks in a regular manner. This app allows me to deposit checks by making pictures of the front and back and entering the amount of the check. It alsoallows me to check and print all my statements as well as the current account infos. I recommend it highly.
Its always nice to have your banking info right in the palm of your hand especially if you dont like keeping tabs on your spending.. Its simple to use

Please, above all and most importantly, incorporate Touch ID into the PenFed app for all iPhone, and iPad users. This is both more secure and much easier and more convenient than the current way to login to the PenFed app. Also, please make Access Bill Pay available on the app for us users who need to pay bills on the go and cant login to the website directly. Also, please allow us to change our pins to our debit and credit cards directly from the app from the "Manage Your Cards" area of the app. Also, please allow us to order new debit cards if ours are damage as well as allow us to initiate a report of a stolen PenFed credit or debit card before having to call member service. Also, please allow us to see our FICO Credit Scores directly from the app. Also, please allow us to touch transactions to see a full transaction description. Above all, please implement Touch ID to the PenFed app for better security as well as making it easier and convenient for iPhone uses.
Its a great app but it needs touch to open, and it gets stuck sometimes
I just wish that it was touch id enabled; thats the only improvement I have for now.
I am able to check balance, transfer funds and make payments on my credit cards. I use it several times a day. Great app.
Some bad moments
This app is so outdated. Please add bill pay and Touch ID. Jeez is that too much to ask for??!
Touch ID has been available to developers since iPhone 6! We are on iPhone 7 now so why does PenFed not support Touch ID?? THIS IS MORE SECURE THAN A DUMB PATTERN LOCK. If you wont support Touch ID THEN AT LEAST SUPPORT 1PASSWORD
I like this app, but having to type my password in each time is annoying. Other than that It works fine.
In 2016, how is there no function that will allow your app to show me my pending transactions??? As a previous user stated, without this option, it misleads us as the customers in making spending decisions. Get it together!

Logging in, the app continues to show the loading symbol and nothing happens. Ive deleted and re-installed but nothing has worked. I even called customer service and they have no solution. Its on an iPhone 6s, no reason it shouldnt work.
