PenFed Mobile App Reviews

Being in Germany its difficult to do any banking thru US banks in a regular manner. This app allows me to deposit checks by making pictures of the front and back and entering the amount of the check. It alsoallows me to check and print all my statements as well as the current account infos. I recommend it highly.

This app is so outdated. Please add bill pay and Touch ID. Jeez is that too much to ask for??!

Average but needs updated features: 1) ID Touch 2) Customer Support call link 3) Pending Transaction visibility

Its always nice to have your banking info right in the palm of your hand especially if you dont like keeping tabs on your spending.. Its simple to use

Dear PenFed, Please, above all and most importantly, incorporate Touch ID into the PenFed app for all iPhone, and iPad users. This is both more secure and much easier and more convenient than the current way to login to the PenFed app. Also, please make Access Bill Pay available on the app for us users who need to pay bills on the go and cant login to the website directly. Also, please allow us to change our pins to our debit and credit cards directly from the app from the "Manage Your Cards" area of the app. Also, please allow us to order new debit cards if ours are damage as well as allow us to initiate a report of a stolen PenFed credit or debit card before having to call member service. Also, please allow us to see our FICO Credit Scores directly from the app. Also, please allow us to touch transactions to see a full transaction description. Above all, please implement Touch ID to the PenFed app for better security as well as making it easier and convenient for iPhone uses.

The app is okay, just a few glitches. I wish there was an option for Touch ID, rather than using a pattern. Please help us!

The app is fairly clean but PLEASE ENABLE TOUCH ID!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Either that or fix the pattern login bug that works only a fraction of the time before reverting to standard login. Please take your customer feedback seriously on this one!! Thanks for the great customer experience in every other category :)

Everything works well and its nice to control things mobile but Touch ID is needed for faster login and security please help us. Now about PenFed Credit Union: You could not ask for better banking and other needs such as credit cards and loans. Just get your App. more secure with Touch ID and you will be the overall winner in my book.

Touch ID has been available to developers since iPhone 6! We are on iPhone 7 now so why does PenFed not support Touch ID?? THIS IS MORE SECURE THAN A DUMB PATTERN LOCK. If you wont support Touch ID THEN AT LEAST SUPPORT 1PASSWORD

I like this app, but having to type my password in each time is annoying. Other than that It works fine.

Its a great app but it needs touch to open, and it gets stuck sometimes

I love the pattern login, its easy and allows quick access. However, I have to continually re-activate my pattern login because the app switches back to login/password even though the pattern login has been saved. It is very annoying.
