Not keeping up with other banks

Too many functions are not available on the mobile app. Its 2015-- theres no reason I shouldnt be able to do everything on the mobile app that a can do on the desktop. Also, once I enable pattern login, it should be available until I disable it--NOT become disabled with every minor version upgrade.

Much as I hate BoA, I have to say that their mobile app is the gold standard for mobile banking. PenFed has a long way to go.
