This app is really easy to use, very convenient!

I have had a Penfed savings since forever but I just decided to get a checking account. As far as the app Touch ID is missing and when I make a purchase the transaction should show up immediately not 2-3 days later, it makes it seem like you want your customers to over draw their accounts. For this reason I cannot use this account on a daily basis.

I dislike that the info contained for purchases and transactions is to vague. Also, you cant access all feature like in the website.

Ive been using this app for a while and waiting for Touch ID. Still nothing!

Perfect! The Best On-Line Bank App I Ever Used! A Lot Better Than CHASEs One! Keep It Up!

It would be a definite 5 stars if Touch ID was an added feature. I also want to say it gave an option for a pattern unlock, but after setting it up, it still prompts me for a password every login. The app overall is smooth and encompasses many desktop features such as application status. In short, please add Touch ID capability.

Please add bill pay access to the mobile app!

This app has come a long way. I like that I can deposit checks without have to go to the local branch. I have full access to al of my accounts. Great job PenFed.

Im new to PenFed due to the recent Belvoir and PenFed merger. In comparison, this app is cleaner and more user friendly than Belvoirs mobile app. I particularly like the show and hide account feature. One suggestion would be to implement the fingerprint login option.

I get do all my account activity with an ease .. Looking forward for Touch ID and quick view features on this app. Also ability to see FiCo scores as well.

Really?! Is it that hard to add TouchID? Every other bank has had it for years. Even small banks like Andrews FCU has it. Come on guys, I dont want people watching me type in my password so they can then use it anytime.

I’d really like to see this app updated to allow the use of TouchID for logging in. I use a very secure password (16+ random characters) for my PenFed account and it’s inconvenient to have to have to copy that in from my Password Safe app. My other local credit union uses it. It’d be great if PenFed offered it as a choice.

This is a much better and more user accessible app, thanks to the past couple updates. This app is still a top notch banking app.

Among the best CC apps I have used. Intuitive interface. I like the pattern logon which makes using the app very quick and easy to access.

Expected more from this app. The USAA app has way more features. And why dont they have a total for money of all accounts combined?
