Update of system is needed

I love the bank and the people that work for the bank but a system upgrade is needed badly. I should be able to see my transactions as they happen and not have to call customer service to check my balance and they have it wrong as well. Also Touch ID is definitely needed. Overall good app, just need some adjustments
